Good afternoon. My father has been at the Vila-seca Social and Healthcare Center for five days, and I have to say the care is not adequate. Some caregivers are lovely, but others are not professional—just a course and that's it. Last night he was soaked in urine all night, and the bed was wet. He called several times, and the answer was, "We'll be there now!" His catheter is clamped for rehabilitation, so they have to keep an eye on it. They left the clamp on, and urine leaked out. Today he went down to rehabilitation, and the same therapist told my father to shower when he finished. Excuse me! What's going on? Didn't they change him, and did he smell bad? I don't know. My mother spoke to them today, and nobody knows anything. Can someone explain this to me? Where is the oversight, and who is responsible for these procedures? For God's sake! TAKE ACTION, WHOEVER IS RESPONSIBLE! I chose this healthcare provider myself because I thought I would be well cared for and because of its proximity, but it's very sad 😭 what I'm seeing!!

I'm very happy with the service I received from the caregivers, Maria José and Bibi. They are lovely and very dedicated to the people they care for. You can tell they love their work. I give them a 10 out of 10. Overall, everything was great. Santi is also very nice, but I feel more comfortable with them. They always have a smile because their job isn't easy, and they do it very well. They always include the families in all kinds of activities. I was there for Carnival and had a fantastic time; they made my costume. A 10 out of 10 for everything! Don't change, girls! 💕💕

Excellent treatment from all the staff, from the nurses to the cleaning lady. My grandfather Santiago was always very well looked after; he had a wonderful time while his health allowed, and when he became ill, they treated him exceptionally well, both my grandfather and my parents, who were there with him until the very end. I have no words to express my gratitude for such wonderful service. Goodbye!
