We admitted my mother in mid-July, the worst decision we have ever made. A money-making machine where management only thinks about collecting euros and not empathizing with the residents, (they demanded my money for October) On September 25, my mother died in the hospital. Not enough staff for the amount of notice they have, three days before admitting her to the emergency room, I went to see her, she was cornered in a wheelchair, all dirty from lunch (they had eaten more than 3 hours ago) pissed and shit. I complained and the girl who came apologized saying that she should have cleaned it from the previous shift. Very unhappy.

I don't like the report of serious incidents we have had during the 8 months that my mother has been: loss of control with medication and insulin, falls, hospital emergencies... All due to poor management of the company and management. The workers are not to blame, they do what they can with what they have. We are not the only ones who have suffered, other families have also been deceived and sick.
