Centre de Serveis L'Onada Alcanar destaca por la excelente calidad de atención y cuidado personal que reciben los residentes, con un equipo profesional y compasivo que se dedica genuinamente al bienestar de los mayores, según afirman los usuarios satisfechos. Sin embargo, existe una deficiencia crítica en las comunicaciones remotas: la falta de Wi-Fi funcional dificulta que los familiares mantengan contacto regular con sus allegados mediante videollamadas, lo que genera frustración especialmente en casos de deterioro cognitivo donde esta conexión es fundamental.

My aunt has been in this nursing home for years... her care from the staff is exquisite; she is very well looked after and perfectly looked after. But it's impossible to contact her or make a video call!!! We are from another province... and we try to see her every week via video call and talk to her. Due to her mental deterioration, we can only do so this way... via video call... The Wi-Fi doesn't work, and we can only talk to her through the goodwill of one of the staff members who uses their cell phones to video call us if they are working... if they are off that Sunday, we can't see her! 😥 I strongly request that the Wi-Fi be working so that we can see and talk to my aunt every week without any limitations. We wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at Onada de Alcanar for the wonderful care we received during the difficult time of leaving our father in the care home.
