Opiniones
It's a nursing home with some weaknesses that need to be improved, such as the rooms lacking grab bars in the bathrooms, woodwork that needs replacing, unfinished closets, etc. I'm also not entirely sure if they have 24-hour nursing and medical services. I don't know the staff-to-resident ratio and if it's sufficient... Not knowing how this and any other facility actually works raises questions, the main one being: Are the residents well cared for? Can activities and meals be better organized, given the wide variety of ages and conditions, to create more homogeneous and, in theory, more comfortable groups?

An excellent place for caring for our seniors, a second home for them. From day one, they offer facilities tailored to your needs regarding visits to the elderly. The hardworking staff treats us with great care, and even in the final moments of life, they let us accompany our loved one and say goodbye with all the affection they deserve. I give them a 10 because I can't give them more, Mónica and Javi, thank you so much for taking such good care of our seniors.

Unfortunately, the caregiver-to-elderly ratio remains insufficient for adequate care. A care home is only a good option when the residents are independent; otherwise, the care provided falls short of even the minimum standards due to a lack of staff. The doctor and/or nurse present at the facility, during their scheduled hours, is also insufficient for all the residents and the various health conditions they face. Furthermore, there is a reluctance to transfer residents to the hospital when the care home can do little more than administer their prescribed medication. It's a shame, but it's the harsh reality.

I find it very funny to read a comment about good treatment of the elderly!! It's about turning around and doing whatever they want!! It doesn't matter if I see a woman with swollen feet, I put her shoes on so that they swell more 😖...a person in a wheelchair all day full of bedsores...I think you don't have to have a degree to know things about logic...it's a shame that people who don't have a vocation are working caring for the elderly...not to mention the lady they have at the super door nice 😤

A great place for our elderly to live. The staff at the center treat the residents with care and meticulous attention to COVID-19 protocols. I have no doubt that my mother is in good hands.
