La Residencia para mayores El Lago de Tera recibe un reconocimiento prácticamente unánime por su ambiente familiar, personal atento y profesional, así como por sus instalaciones limpias y luminosas que hacen que los residentes se sientan cuidados con afecto y dedicación. Sin embargo, existe una reseña negativa que menciona un incidente grave ocurrido en julio de 2023 con un residente llamado Anastasio Álvarez, lo que sugiere que a pesar de los elogios actuales, ha habido problemas serios en el pasado que merecen consideración.

It's a small, very family-oriented and welcoming residence, where all the staff are very approachable, including the director. I am very grateful to all the staff at the residence. They are all very professional and treat the residents with great respect and affection. They have helped us a lot, both my parents and us, their family. I want to highlight their compassionate care and dedication. Thank you for everything. Highly recommended.

My father has only been in the residence for six months; life has its way. But I want to thank all the staff for their warm welcome and the care he received during his time there. Throughout his stay, my father constantly expressed his gratitude for the treatment, care, and affection he received. I can say that the facilities are excellent, very bright, and because there are few residents, it's like a big family, where everyone has their own name and story to share. Many thanks to all the staff, from the director, who is always helpful and makes things easy, to the caregivers who provide such wonderful personal attention to the residents, and to all the other workers involved in this important work. We will recommend it without hesitation.

We had to place a loved one in the care home. Those of you who have been through this know the personal trauma it entails... At the Almarza care home, they made everything easy for us, not only during admission but throughout their entire stay (almost a year). I want to thank the entire team at the care home for their kindness and professionalism. They were attentive to even the smallest detail... Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone.
