La residencia "El Mirador" destaca por su excelente relación calidad-precio, ambiente acogedor y servicio atento que ha satisfecho a la mayoría de los huéspedes, quienes elogian especialmente la calidad de la comida y la atmósfera agradable del lugar. Sin embargo, existe una crítica sobre la rigidez en el servicio y la falta de flexibilidad del personal para atender ciertas solicitudes de los clientes, lo que ha generado insatisfacción en al menos una ocasión.

We went to spend the weekend in the village of El Sotillo and had dinner here on the recommendation of the locals. The service was wonderful and the food amazing. The cured beef salad deserves special mention...we loved it. A very peaceful atmosphere and friendly service.

The truth is that the photo of the restaurant posted on their website doesn't do it justice; it's very tasteful and cozy.

We went in the morning without a reservation, and unfortunately it was packed. We couldn't eat, but we liked the place so much that we booked for dinner. The place itself is very cool; it's created a very cool atmosphere, balancing the modern with the rural. We really liked the food; it was well prepared and flavorful. The price-quality ratio is quite good, in line with what it offers.

I can't say anything except that if I want something and you have it at the bar, even if you charge me more, serve it to me at the table. But don't complain or tell me I can't ask for more, because otherwise, the people who come the next day won't have any. I understand that you charge me a little more to serve me at the table, but that's what I want. If you have it at the bar, put it on the table; you have to do it the same for the bar as for the table. With these gestures and attitudes, the only thing you're achieving is driving people away from your tavern. The other products we tried weren't bad; they were well-cooked, but I can say that the service wasn't what we expected. Now it's up to each person to decide whether or not to go to R que R's tavern, but this reminds me of Paco Martínez Soria: if you don't do what I tell you, you're not welcome.
