The worst experience of our lives. We took my mother to this house of horrors thinking she would be cared for. My mother had Alzheimer's when we took her to that "wonderful residence." I went to see her every day, and my mother was covered in food stuck to her, they dressed her in clothes that weren't hers, and she smelled of urine. I realized we had made a mistake. Within a week, my mother's bottom was covered in rashes. Fifteen days later, they called me saying my mother had a blood clot in her leg. They made me wait from 2 pm until 7 pm when the ambulance arrived. They told me that while waiting for the ambulance, my mother had fallen out of her wheelchair and hit her head slightly (they had left her alone and without her wheelchair seatbelt). When she arrived at the hospital, they told me that my mother had a blood clot in her head due to the fall and that we should say goodbye to her. Thank God my mother came out of the hospital alive and never returned to that house of horrors, but she remained in a vegetative state until Her death. I filed a complaint, but it was all for nothing because we lost the case. However, I will continue fighting to shed light on what they did to my mother, so that everyone knows and that people understand that this nursing home is the worst place for an elderly person to be. I just want to prevent this from happening to anyone else. I want to be my mother's voice and get her justice, since I found nothing more in the courts. From now on, I will publish the photographs that clearly show the condition my mother was in when she left that place. They are very graphic photographs, but they show the deplorable state she was in when she left. It's a shame they won't let me publish them here. Keep a close eye on your elderly relatives when they are taken to this place. I highly recommend it.

I love this residence because for years we've shared intergenerational activities that bring joy to both the residents and the children who visit them. It's incredibly enriching, and the treatment we all receive is wonderful and based on complete trust. Thank you to all these wonderful people who dedicate their affection and smiles to make this pleasant and warm atmosphere possible :)

Today, one of their patients was found lost and disoriented 15 km from the residence. I called them to explain the situation. They told me he was a repeat offender and had permission to leave the facility. I told them again that he was very far away and didn't know how to get back. He could barely stand and told me he'd had a stroke. The receptionist said she would speak to her supervisor and they would look into it. I'm still waiting for the call. I'm ashamed of what could have happened to that man. Thankfully, the police have taken charge.

It would be good if, when you hire someone, you made sure they're polite, because phone receptionists don't know the first thing about it, and none of them are exempt; they all have the same problem and were never taught manners. And if they're not polite to callers, I don't even want to imagine how they are in person… Please, choose carefully before hiring just anyone.

Terrible experience, few staff. When I went to visit a relative, he was using the toilet and they wouldn't change him no matter how many times I asked. Hygiene was nonexistent as he was covered in stains. I absolutely do not recommend taking a family member there, as they do not treat them with the respect they deserve.
