La Residencia Venta El Recreo cuenta con un personal muy dedicado y atento, destacando profesionales como Ana y Fernando que brindan un trato excepcional a los mayores, con actividades variadas y un ambiente cercano a la naturaleza; sin embargo, existen denuncias graves sobre negligencia en el cuidado (falta de hidratación adecuada) y desaparición de pertenencias que generan serias preocupaciones sobre la seguridad y calidad de atención a los residentes.

It's a good nursing home, especially because of the professionals they have. They treat the seniors wonderfully. They do all the activities they can, and it's a pleasure to see how they treat them. In particular, there's a very good professional named Ana, who is truly a delightful person and a wonderful employee.

When my grandmother passed away and we went to collect her belongings, an old painting of Our Lady of the Milk that she had hung in her room was missing, and we never found it again. Be very careful with this nursing home.

My grandmother stayed at this residence and it was a 10 out of 10! Especially Fernando, a truly wonderful person and 100% dedicated. Highly recommended!

Don't bring your family members here. My father died within a week of being there; they didn't give him enough water, and he ended up dehydrated and with a blood sugar spike that led to his death. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

A very good residence close to nature, staff always attentive to the elderly, healthy food, and a good atmosphere, I recommend it.
