La Residencia Santa Ángela presenta opiniones muy polarizadas: mientras algunos usuarios destacan un ambiente acogedor y un trato excelente con los mayores, la mayoría de las reseñas denuncian graves deficiencias en la gestión, falta de profesionalismo del personal directivo, negligencia en el cuidado de residentes (incluyendo pérdida de pertenencias y lesiones no documentadas) y un trato deshumanizado especialmente durante momentos críticos. Las críticas apuntan también a prácticas comerciales cuestionables como cobros inconsistentes y aumento arbitrario de precios.

Today we had to go pick up my family member because the new manager, besides being inept, is incompetent and unprofessional. When we arrived to pick up our family member, they left us waiting at the door for more than 15 minutes after we'd announced we were arriving. They gave us whatever things they wanted. He's missing his glasses, his medication, his doctor's mask, and no exit permit from the center. He has a bruise on his cheekbone, and the manager hasn't even shown up or responded. Definitely, if you have a loved one and are thinking of admitting them here, be careful. They charge each client a different price, and whenever they want, they raise the prices. They ask you to provide a document justifying the increase, and they tell you to pick up your family member... We are happy and at peace, finally, that they are out of there.

I have no other words to describe the experience at this nursing home as lamentable. Although the treatment at first seemed kind and cordial, everything changed when my relative was no longer with us. From that moment on, it was as if we were in the way. Neither the director nor any of the other staff showed up at any point. They talk about how it's all family, but nothing could be further from the truth. I hope the way we were treated isn't like that for everyone, because we're talking about people and feelings, and the humane treatment was nonexistent. Honestly, everything is lamentable.

We had a relative in this nursing home, and during the short time he was there, we witnessed a lack of professionalism, withholding information, and a lack of humanity toward both our family member and ourselves. When you go to get information, the messages are all good and all very nice, but then the reality is quite different. When the relative passed away, there was no contact, no attention, as if they hadn't been there. They didn't even show up to offer condolences.
