Please, if you love your family, don't put them there. They're inhumane... I won't go into details. My situation was grounds for a complaint, but I'm not going to get my mother back. There are no professionals. Not even the doctors knew what was happening; they don't know when she goes to the bathroom. There's no updated treatment. I had to go to the pharmacy because my mother hadn't received her medication for days and they wouldn't give it to her. They treat them like numbers. Please, don't go there in desperation. In five months, my mother was admitted six times. She fell, they didn't tell us, and her hip was broken and they didn't even notice. Urinary tract infections... her stomach was full of stool. They wouldn't even put the blood pressure patches on her, and that's enough. Enough of playing with the feelings and needs of our family members. This happened four years ago in December, and I still see the same thing happening. And don't tell me it's not worth it. If you don't have professionals, or only two or three, don't run a nursing home. It's a rat infestation!

It's a senior residence with high quality and extraordinary service. From the moment you walk in, it smells clean and healthy, like a hotel. It's surrounded by nature, and has a relaxing atmosphere for seniors. Children and all kinds of people also come in. The entire staff is very friendly. It has a magnificent café-bar. They have many activities for seniors, and the staff is very attentive.

I wouldn't recommend anyone leave their family there; my father only lasted a year. He went in at 74 and we buried him at 75. The medical care is appalling. Don't be fooled by the facilities; the staff is scarce and there's constant turnover. They moved my father to a different room five times in one year... as if he were a piece of furniture. The absolute worst.
