A disgraceful nursing home. I don't recommend any senior citizen have to stay there. Terrible care from the secretary who always has a bad face and her poor manners with family members. Poor care for the senior citizens who live there and poor organization. At mealtimes, I ask for an inspection of that nursing home. Please let's make nursing homes a place where they are well cared for and not a place of torture for them.

As a family member, I'm very unhappy with the care they're receiving, especially when it comes to medical treatment. They forget, they make mistakes between appointments—truly a disaster when it comes to something as important as medication for an elderly person.
