I have a very dear friend in this residence. The facilities are very clean and the staff very friendly. They even invited us up to her room to see her. There are also many activities throughout the day to keep the residents happy. If I had to find a fault, I'd say the menu, but that's only based on what she tells me. As for the care and attention, it's excellent.

My mother was in this residence from November 2, 2016, until today, when she passed away. She became dependent on others, and at all times, they did everything possible to ensure her well-being. We are so grateful to all the sisters, the staff, and the Mother Superior for the loving care they gave her until the very end and for the support we received during this difficult time! Thank you also to all the residents who came to her room to visit and check on her. More than a residence, it's a wonderful family! The family would like to express their gratitude and leave this written record of our appreciation. May God bless you for the marvelous work you do and the love you put into it.

It may be a fantastic residence for independent seniors, but it's not at all recommended for dependent seniors with limited autonomy. They limit them to having them sitting in wheelchairs all day, harnessed and deeply sedated. They refuse to seat them in armchairs, making excuses, the real reason being the lack of staff to adequately care for these residents who need more attention. The social worker has little empathy; once you're admitted, she tries to clearly avoid you so as not to hear about the problems we're encountering. Fortunately, we managed to move my father to another residence, and the change has been dramatic in every way. I'm not mentioning the new residence he's in so that this review isn't misinterpreted. I simply wanted to record the bad experience I had in a short period of time and, in some way, try to prevent it from happening again.

My mother has been in this residence, and I can only say that they have been very well looked after, with our mother and us they have behaved wonderfully providing everything necessary to cope with my mother's illness!!! I would like to thank all the workers and the sisters but especially Sol Lidia and Sol Monica for their professionalism and humanity and the assistant Julia who is a wonderful girl, and Charo, I only have good words for all of them, thank you very much.

My mother-in-law stayed at this home until she left on April 11th of this year. She was extremely well cared for and happy, and the staff is very kind and caring. I just have to thank them for all the care and affection they show the elderly. Thank you so much, and may God bless you all.
