    Highly recommended. As a family member, it's never easy to leave a loved one in someone else's hands, but when you find a nursing home with an excellent team of professionals—from the doctors to the cleaning staff—who are compassionate, treat both the patient and their family well, and are truly skilled, it becomes much easier. We came directly from the hospital, and she wasn't in the best condition. After nine months, she's much better, happy, on less medication, well-nourished, well-cared for, and always clean. I have complete confidence in this center, and choosing them was the best decision for her well-being and our peace of mind.

    I have known the medical team at the residence for over 30 years due to my professional work in the municipality of Espartinas. I also know most of the staff who work there. Years ago, a relative was a resident at the residence, and both the treatment and care were outstanding. Currently, and for almost four years now, another relative, a 95-year-old diagnosed with dementia, has been a resident. The care and treatment continue to be exceptional. Few residences have a permanent medical team available to the residents. I also want to highlight the warm and personal approach that is evident in the relationship between the staff and the residents. Our entire family is grateful for the care she is receiving.

    With this review, I would like to thank all the staff at the care home for the care they have given my mother from the very first day and the treatment she has always received from the medical team and all the other staff.     In March 2025, with URGENT urgency, we had to make the worst decision of our lives: to place my mother, THE PILLAR OF THE FAMILY, in a care home due to the difficult times we were experiencing with her. It is impossible for me to express in a few lines how grateful I am for how much my mother has improved, the wonderful adaptation she has made thanks to the professionals and staff in every department—I want to thank every single one of them. WITHOUT THEM, MY MOTHER WOULD NOT BE AS WELL AS SHE IS. My mother feels cared for and looked after; she has a wonderful time with the team there, who are always willing to improve the care given to the residents. SHE IS HAPPY AND FEELS PAMPERED. I invite anyone who doubts or questions what I am saying to contact me, and I will provide objective evidence to demonstrate what I am talking about and introduce you to my mother. It's true that miracles don't happen, and not all residents have had the same recovery as my mother, or at least not the same level of decline that's common at this age. But what is certain is that they are well cared for and pampered here, which is so important for these people.     You only need to read the owners' responses to the reviews (quite serious, by the way) to realize their arrogance, lack of tact, and disrespect for others. Gentlemen, reviews—I don't know if you've realized this by now—aside from helping others, are meant to help you improve, not to threaten and disparage left and right. Perhaps if you took them into account, you wouldn't have such a low rating for your business. And if you don't like them, unsubscribe from the site. Look up the words humility, education, and good treatment in the dictionary of the Royal Spanish Academy... It would do you good, especially the first. I only met the owners once, when I was inside the center in their office, and they seemed distant, arrogant, unfriendly, and completely uninterested in the problems of the patients, and especially not their employees. That's what I take away from this. As the Spanish saying goes, first impressions are everything, and mine was entirely negative. I wouldn't leave a family member in their care, not even on doctor's orders.
