Opiniones

My mother has been there for two years. I'm very happy. It's very clean, and the food is good. The staff are very kind. There's a huge park where my mother can walk. The director is a good person and does everything he can for the residents. They're very attentive to them. They've hired two activity leaders to keep the residents entertained. I wouldn't change my mother's situation. And the receptionist couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. A 10 out of 10.

My mother has lived there for a little over two years. Lately, we've been filing complaints about what's happening. They have far too few staff for so many residents. Clothes disappear and can't be found. The overall appearance is neglected, and we've often had to insist on finding her clothes or her hearing aid. We're very disappointed with how they make their employees work; they're clearly overwhelmed. I can understand that, but it's unacceptable that they don't hire more people to care for our loved ones. It's very sad and worrying to see this. My family and I consider this residence a disaster, and we don't like how things are being handled.

This nursing home is overcrowded and understaffed. It's absolutely insane how little attention is given to the elderly residents, who are practically invisible during the day. They call the bellhops and no one comes, they're left soiled all the time without being changed, there's only one nurse for 100 patients in the afternoon and one assistant. Awful.

My mother has been at the center for many years, and since the new owners took over, it's not the same as before. The assistants, although lovely and very caring, are overwhelmed. There are fewer staff than before, so they're constantly rushing and can't help as much as they should and want to. I hope things change for the better, for the sake of everyone at the center.
