El Centro residencial para mayores Ferrusola recibe críticas extremadamente negativas de los usuarios, quienes denuncian negligencia en la atención, falta de higiene, aislamiento de personas dependientes y casos de fallecimientos asociados a un cuidado deficiente. Los testimonios describen una gestión desatenta y arrogante que habría comprometido la dignidad y el bienestar de los residentes, con la única excepción de reconocimiento hacia una trabajadora social individual.

Terrible. My grandmother died of dehydration; nobody paid any attention to her. Dependent people are just objects to them. I went every day, and I had to be the one to tell the staff if they couldn't tell my grandmother wasn't well. She was there for seven days, then they admitted her, and she died.

Nursing home. I can't rate it more highly because I've only been there twice, and my personal experience wasn't good because my relative died just those two days and I had just arrived. Since I don't have many experiences in these establishments, I can't verify them and say if it's better or worse and if the services are good or bad. I want to make it clear that my relative died, but the nursing home was not at fault.

The worst, in all caps. Not recommended at all. Poor hygiene. Dependent people are isolated on the first floor so they don't bother anyone. It's a prison. My mother didn't even last a month; she died of grief, because that's what grief is. She went crazy, or rather, they drove her crazy. They don't change the absorbent pads often enough, and they disappear. The management is very arrogant and not very caring. Rest in peace. Mom, I love you so much and I'll never forget you. Always in my heart. ❤ So that this doesn't happen to any of our loved ones again.

By far the worst experience I've ever had with a place. The elderly lose their dignity. I have nothing but praise for the social worker, Sandra. Now my father is at Fundomar and we couldn't be more grateful.

Not recommended at all. I could repeat the words and experiences of many of the previous comments, but I think it's very clear. Don't take your grandparents here.
