I've had the opportunity to experience firsthand the service they offer, which provides a unique and profoundly humane approach to care, prioritizing personalized and individualized attention. It stands out for being a restraint-free environment, fully respecting the ideologies, beliefs, and sexual orientations of each resident. Most rooms are single, guaranteeing comfort and privacy, with their own private toilet. The price is comparable to other residences, but the added value of this place is undeniable: delicious homemade food, impeccably clean facilities, and a large and dedicated staff. Furthermore, residents' decision-making is respected, fostering their autonomy. In short, a place with exceptional care that becomes a true home for our loved ones.

Our experience has been very pleasant. This residence has very personalized protocols; they make an effort to get to know the elderly residents as much as possible, resulting in a warm and caring relationship that makes them feel comfortable.
