Opiniones

This nursing home is in appalling condition for the elderly. I know this from experience; I had to take a relative out of there. He was dressed in rags, without clothes, in the middle of winter, without socks, without hygiene facilities, and with hardly any food. And on top of that, the staff were incredibly rude. I do not recommend it, and I strongly advise against leaving your relatives there for even a single day.

Hello, this is a care home that has recently undergone renovations, and I've been told there have been some minor issues on specific days. I have a relative there, and they've always facilitated my access (visits aren't allowed due to COVID regulations). The relative is in their own clothes, and I haven't had any problems. The staff is very attentive, and there haven't been any issues with meals.

I worked there, and that's why I left. The elderly residents were hungrier than if they'd been abandoned! I saw them make a pot of lentils with just one pepper for so many people! Yogurt was only seen when a family member came to do the paperwork in front of them. Some of us workers would secretly bring sweets like muffins to give to the elderly residents. I won't even mention how they treated their workers; we were exploited and threatened.

I went with a friend to visit her grandfather, and I left in tears because of the conditions in which the elderly are living—no blankets, no heating, only cold water. I could go on and on until I was in tears again. Please take the necessary measures for them; let's not allow them to continue like this.

I was hired to make a promotional video for the residence, what I saw was very, very unpleasant, and that's an understatement. In the end, the director, a certain Manuel at the time, refused to pay me for the video, and his response was because he didn't feel like it. What a character!
