El Centro Residencial La Alameda destaca por contar con un equipo de profesionales dedicados y cariñosos que brindan una atención excepcional a los residentes, con comida fresca preparada diariamente y un ambiente que muchos describen como un hogar acogedor, lo que se refleja en las valoraciones altamente positivas de las familias. Sin embargo, existe una preocupación importante relacionada con el servicio de transporte matutino, donde la falta de consideración hacia los horarios de descanso y tratamientos médicos de algunos residentes genera impacto negativo en su bienestar diario.

My father, Luis Baeza, passed away a few hours ago at that wonderful and truly remarkable residence, having died in the early hours of Friday morning, surrounded by the loving care of the magnificent and charming professionals who work there. Our deepest gratitude (my brother Luis, my sister Loly, and myself) goes out to all the staff at "MY Residence" for the compassionate treatment my entire family received. A thousand thanks for the dedication and meticulous attention shown to our grumpy old friend, Luis. Thank you for all the kindness shown to those I already considered family, for the exquisite care and genuine warmth you provided. Thank you Eli, Pili, Oscar, Mary Loly, Eva, Carlos, Ana, Rocío, Macu, M. José, Puri, Tamara, Vero, Carmen, Esperanza, Edu, Ricardo, Nora, and anyone else I may have unjustly forgotten (my apologies). We also apologize if we have ever been overly vocal in our demands, due to nerves and affection for our family member, but never intentionally or with malicious intent. Unbeatable staff, impeccable service, food freshly prepared daily by them... both the director and all the employees are wonderful people who love their work and truly care for our elderly residents. I am so grateful to them all. Thank you so much to everyone; a 10 out of 10 for everyone, and that's an understatement.
