I stumbled across information about the residence by chance, and reading the reviews, I'm so glad to see the positive feedback you're receiving. That must be a sign of many improvements to the quality care that the elderly deserve. It's not the experience of some people who have shared their stories here, like what happened to us with our mother. She entered walking with a walker, and in just over a month, she was unable to walk again. She didn't live out her days because we, her daughters, visited her morning and afternoon. We acted quickly on December 31st, seeing the appalling response from the management and the medical team. We reported each time we visited the deteriorating respiratory condition my mother was experiencing and the "little importance" the residence doctor gave it. Fortunately, we daughters took action, and after a critical stay, we were able to have her with us for a few more years. I'm writing again to say that if people write negative reviews, it's because of the bad experience and the pain they endured, and I'm very glad you're working to improve so that the elderly receive the best care. The best thing was the caregivers because of the affection they showed my mother; the worst was the medical team and the management. And no, we didn't have the means to care for her. When you decide to take your loved one to these places, it's out of dire need, very delicate family situations, and trusting in the best care for them. The decision is made out of pain and desperation; they aren't taken there arbitrarily.

The center's management is always there to involve everyone in every event and always enjoy each and every one of them and their families.
