For the price, the room leaves much to be desired. Broken shelves, dilapidated furniture, a lift-up bed without cables (meaning it can't be raised), the bed rail wouldn't stay in place and they had to prop it up with the bedside table, the window didn't close properly, and there were tons of mosquitoes (in winter). And this was just what we saw on the first day. A disgrace, such little respect for customers. Furthermore, they told us they only had one bed left, and at least in that room, both beds were empty.

We took my mother there 6 days ago and picked her up today in a much better condition. Belén and her entire team were incredibly professional and treated very kindly.

My relative was taken to the hospital dehydrated. He eventually died. Poor management. Lack of staff. They charge you to mark clothing, but then they don't mark everything. They usually put them in the brightly lit atrium, but it's a very cold area for the elderly.

Terrible service, rude, unprofessional, and lacking empathy towards the elderly. I would never recommend this place; it was pathetic.

Poor service, little regard for people's needs, and in winter they get cold because the radiators are turned off or half-open.
