El Centro Residencial Doctor Barrios destaca por contar con un equipo de cuidadores y personal altamente dedicado, atento y profesional que proporciona excelente atención a los residentes, con instalaciones limpias, cómodas y bien mantenidas. Sin embargo, existe una preocupación importante respecto a la gestión administrativa, particularmente con el manager, cuyo desempeño contrasta negativamente con la calidad del resto del equipo, y se han reportado limitaciones en políticas de visitas durante períodos difíciles.

I want to thank everyone on staff for their outpouring of affection toward my father (who passed away on March 31). He's been here for a little less than a year, but he's always been supported by the team of assistants, led by Sara, and of course, they've always had a word of encouragement and affection for him. Thank you all, but especially to Ana for her kindness and treatment of us, and to Fernando, Malinca, and Sonia, who always had a smile and exquisite kindness. It's a shame we couldn't say goodbye to my father during such a difficult time as we're experiencing.

The staff at this place are exceptional; hardworking, caring, helpful, professional, and attentive to their work. They deserve 5 stars. The two stars, and perhaps I'm being generous, go to the manager; he's the complete opposite of the staff and, to top it off, irresponsible. Many thanks to all of them for the way they treated my father while he was there, with the aforementioned exception.

My grandmother has been there for over a year, and every time I visit her, she's been well cared for, clean, and fed. I have no complaints. They're always very attentive, and the service is excellent.

Fantastic caregivers, good food, and spacious rooms. The building has plenty of natural light and beautiful surroundings. Close to Segovia. There's a cafeteria. You can give lunch and/or dinner to the resident and eat there yourself. There are family activities. It's incomparable to other residences!
