My parents are delighted; they've improved a lot and I can see they're happy. They go out every day, which they didn't do at home. I ask them about it, and they tell me the staff are very affectionate with them. They say they eat very well. Thank you so much for the wonderful work you do with our elderly.

It's a shame that a project that began with so much enthusiasm from one person has become a commodity at the expense of what's most important to us: our elderly. And like that one, there are many "nursing homes" that I would obviously call something else, something less politically correct...
