My mother has been well cared for at this residence for 15 months; my in-laws were there first. It's all wonderful memories. From the very first day, the treatment my mother received, and the treatment we, her family, received, was excellent. The staff is very professional and compassionate. The room and facilities were adapted to her needs, and the gardens are beautiful. I can only express my gratitude to them.

Acknowledgement and Important Warning I want to thank the care home for the excellent care my father received during the two months he was there. He was very well looked after, and his recovery was remarkable. However, I must issue an important warning regarding the handling of administrative paperwork. When they helped me with the application for my mother's non-contributory pension, I did not receive all the necessary information. As of today, this situation is causing me serious problems: my mother's non-contributory pension has been withdrawn, she now receives a very reduced amount, and they are not giving me the option of reverting to the previous situation. My recommendation: if you are going to process any type of paperwork or pension application, thoroughly understand all the consequences before signing anything, so that you don't experience what I am going through.

Based on the experience of two family members, my father and uncle, I can only praise their care, not only for their extraordinary professionalism, but also for the personal affection their staff shows to the residents and to us, their families. They put forth every effort and care to ensure that the lives of our loved ones, who are dependent and in need, are as close as possible to a family life. The place is excellent, with spectacular light (large windows), views, walks, and tranquility. You never feel confined because there are no walls, only glass. The food, cleanliness, and healthcare professionals are excellent. Thank you for everything!

The Villaverde residence is wonderful, with magnificent facilities, large windows, and panoramic views of the Castilian countryside. Everything is always spotless. And the staff is very kind and personalized. My siblings and I felt at ease when we visited my father or when we called him.
