La Residencia de mayores Mamá Margarita presenta una imagen muy contradictoria según las experiencias de los familiares: mientras algunos usuarios destacan positivamente la limpieza, el trato amable del personal y la calidad de cuidados médicos y de enfermería, otros reportan problemas graves de comunicación entre departamentos, falta de supervisión, negligencia en la atención básica (hidratación, pérdida de pertenencias) y una desconexión preocupante entre la imagen proyectada públicamente y la realidad vivida por residentes y familias. The assistants don't understand the residents' specific needs, the supervisors and coordinators don't know what the assistants are doing, the nursing staff doesn't know what's happening to the residents... It seems there isn't enough attention and communication between professionals and family members. If you talk to one department about something related to a family member's care, it doesn't seem to reach the other departments. If we add to this the difficulty of speaking with the doctor and the fact that each department shirks its responsibilities, it becomes a regrettable chain of nonsense that leaves us reeling every time we need to address any of our family members' needs.

Good residence, clean, and they treat residents and their families well. Reasonable price for the services offered. Friendly and hardworking staff. My father stayed there last year and we have no complaints; I would recommend it.

My father entered this care home with a serious health problem. I want to express my gratitude for the care provided by all the staff—doctors, nurses, assistants, even the receptionists—who were always attentive to him and tried their best to make his stay as comfortable as possible. Their kindness and understanding were remarkable. If I had to find fault with anything, it would be the administration department, as I believe some of the facilities could be improved and the food could be better. But regarding the care and assistance provided, I can only offer my sincere thanks.

I see many photos and posts on Facebook praising this residence, but many of the reviews from family members are very negative. I saw a photo of the residence's dining room with caregivers dressed in green. I didn't know the uniforms were this color; they're usually fuchsia. What am I supposed to think?

This nursing home is a disgrace. Don't even think about taking any family member there. They're all smiles during visits, but behind closed doors they do whatever they please. They lose clothes without justification, they don't give the elderly residents water often enough—in short, a complete disaster. The management is either completely unaware of what's going on, or worse, they choose to ignore it. I'm giving it one star because I can't give less... Run from this nursing home; don't be fooled. It's a disgrace.
