Opiniones

The older section is being renovated (I don't know if it's fully renovated yet), and the other section is completely modern. The residents are treated well. My father is very happy, so there's nothing more to say. They also have a separate building for assisted living residents.

My grandpa is very relaxed in this residence, there are even parks, how amazing! My grandpa is very happy.

I can only express my gratitude to all the staff at the care home. My father has been there since October and has had some health setbacks. They have always kept me fully informed and done their best to help him recover, and he has always pulled through. Thank you for everything.

I absolutely do not recommend it. They only want people who don't cause problems. From a management perspective, I don't know what to call it. What is clear is that they offer no social services to those in need. They calmly tell you they have no vacancies, and then admit certain people, based on their status, because "they have a free space to fulfill their commitments." Or they tell you they have a space available, and when they see that the person requires assistance, they backtrack and, based on medical criteria, tell you they are unsuitable. How do they expect a Level III dependent person to behave? One thing that struck us is that they only shower them once a week! In conclusion, if they already behave this way with family members before you even arrive, I don't want to think how they will treat the residents. As I said, my experience has been very negative, and I do not recommend it at all.

Excellent care, both professionally and personally. The food was very good and carefully prepared, as was the cleanliness and everything else. My mother's health has improved. We, the family, are very grateful. She is delighted with the care and attention she receives. Congratulations and thank you for being a residence where our elderly residents are our top priority. Thank you
