It is a residence where a relative has been this summer and has been very well looked after, both the social worker and the director and the doctor are very professional and pleasant and the assistants are quite nice as well. In terms of staff, there are many people caring for the residents, highly recommended.

It was nice while it lasted!!! My mother-in-law has been a resident for about 8 years. When we admitted her, we felt we had made the best decision thanks to the management and resources available. But since the pandemic, we have no choice but to regret the degrading care she is suffering, and I'll list them: - There hasn't been a doctor for months. - There's a shortage of nurses and assistants. - There can be up to 3 assistants in one night for 130 patients, meaning an elderly person dies and the next shift finds out. - Our elderly patients are bathed twice a week, despite wearing diapers and defecating on themselves. - Some patients have breakfast at 11:30, lunch at 1:00, and dinner at 7:00. - There are some users who, even though they're allowed to leave their rooms, aren't allowed out for the entire week unless they have a visitor. We've tried to resolve these issues with the supervisor (David), but it's been fruitless. We scheduled a meeting, but he didn't show up, and we called him three times, but he didn't respond to the message we left asking him to get in touch with us. We don't give up. With the spirit, hope, and good manners of the first day, let's hope for the sake of our parents and seniors that this will change, but this time for the better.

Lack of staff. Constant staff turnover, so under no circumstances are they treated for our families. Very poor service from the director. The only person who's halfway saved is the social worker. Thank you, Cris. If you can, don't bring your families here.

It's true we've had some difficult times at the Residence, but I have to say that both the doctor and the nursing staff are exceptional. The doctor is the only doctor for all the residents, and I must say, some residents haven't left because of him. Personally, I think he's the best doctor the Residence has ever had.
