Throughout my relative's stay, we were all delighted with the care and attention they received. The staff, without exception, were always kind and friendly. We never had any problems getting immediate information, help, or advice on any situation that might arise. They organize a wide variety of activities throughout the day to keep the residents active and to improve or maintain their cognitive and physical abilities. They strive to keep them as oriented as possible in time and space through activities like reading the newspaper, celebrating special days, and organizing cultural outings. In addition to the exceptional care provided by the staff, the excellent location in the city makes it a highly recommended place to care for a loved one in need and to visit them frequently. Congratulations to the team for their outstanding work!

HOME!!! Yes, in capital letters... I've been lucky enough to visit the center, and it never occurred to me that I was in a nursing home... The shame is that I can't share photos for privacy reasons, because it's beautiful; a house straight out of a home decor magazine, but... It's a true HOME for the people who live there, without military regulations... Everyone, as if they were in their own home, decides when to get up, what to have for breakfast (at the super-cute kitchen table), does what they want and how they want, whether it's going for a walk, chatting, ordering a gin and tonic from the bar across the street (yes, gin and tonic... they're adults now 😂 And unless advised by a doctor, they can have whatever they want) or participate in the center's activities (they have a wide range of activities, from the most varied and modern to virtual reality). They have rooms in the attic with common areas, a kitchen, and everything, so you can live like you're in a shared apartment... There's a sense of familiarity and thoughtfulness everywhere. They offer Person-Centered Care; basically, they know each user's history, customs, and tastes inside out, offering them the most intimate treatment, as if they'd known them forever. I'm already eager to reserve my spot for when I need it, as they have a long waiting list...

She gave life to my mother. I only know one worker, Chus. I can only say that as a professional, she's a 10, and as a person, even more so.

A newly built residence in a prime location in Villa del Lerez. Excellent professionals whose work, considering the type of guests they work with, is truly commendable. Cleanliness and order are essential in such a place, and the rooms are more than welcoming.

It's heartbreaking!! It's awful that the nursing assistants are treated so badly in Saraiva. They're highly skilled professionals and the backbone of any care home. Without them, it wouldn't function! Management is just living off "image." How long will this go on? Everything comes to light eventually. Hang in there, everyone!
