La Residencia de Maiores Silleda recibe principalmente evaluaciones muy positivas de familias que destacan la profesionalidad, dedicación y trato excepcional del equipo de cuidadores, así como las instalaciones limpias, seguras y las actividades frecuentes que organizan para los residentes. Sin embargo, existe al menos una experiencia muy negativa que contrasta significativamente con el resto, aunque sin detalles específicos que permitan evaluar completamente esa crítica.

My experience was very good; in fact, the best thing about the center is the team. They are all very professional, and despite the negative reviews I've read, I invite you to come and see for yourselves. They have parties frequently, themed around different seasons. They also have a family meal once a year. There are details that show how they do their work every day. And their dedication. This Residence, from our own experience, we describe it as very welcoming, attended by excellent, friendly and highly qualified staff. About four months ago, due to a family situation, we had to look for a Residence for two people (mother and daughter) and that, for people who had no experience, was not easy at all, but we found this Residence for the Elderly in Silleda, we carried out the corresponding negotiations and we were able to quickly admit the two family members in question. Since then we have been very satisfied and happy with the treatment they receive, excellent treatment and attentive care, both with the inmates and with the family members who we are waiting for their care.

The bright facilities, in an environment of the best, cleanliness and security, they take care of every last detail.
