    *1 Star: An Intolerable Experience 😡* I am outraged by the treatment I received at this nursing home. For the second time, the person in charge of reception on weekends and holidays refused to give me complaint forms, even though I have every right to request them. Their attitude was unacceptable; they shouted at me and treated me with contempt. How are we supposed to resolve problems if we aren't allowed to voice our complaints? The lack of professionalism and respect for family members is unacceptable. I hope they will be provided next time.

    My mother has been there for three years now, and I can tell you that my experiences have been wonderful, both as a staff and as a center, from the cleaning ladies, assistants, director, social workers, and receptionist—the treatment was unique and very special.

    My experience at this nursing home leaves a lot to be desired. The first day we left, they already fell. They're supposed to have an adjustment period, so they don't pay attention to them. And three days later, they fell again. Thank goodness she only had bruises on her knee and arm. And the person in charge of calling the family about what happened spoke of very bad names.
