I have been inside the residence and the staff are super attentive, the kitchen is very clean, the food is good and plentiful and most importantly, our elderly are well cared for.

I don't understand all the negative reviews. My mother has been going for six months and is delighted with the food and the cook (she says the portions are also generous). The staff are always attentive (according to my mother), and if they don't answer the door, you call their mobile and they come right away (they're not doormen, they're caregivers).

El Castillo Residence: We went to see it. They didn't answer the landline before, and it also has very bad reviews on Google Maps. When we arrived, they took a long time to open, even after ringing the doorbell and calling several times. Finally, an assistant came in, and we went in with her. It didn't give us a good impression, and there were some very unpleasant things. It has everything negative you could imagine about a nursing home. If you took your relative there, they'd think they were in a prison. The price is €1,100. I WOULDN'T TAKE ANYONE THERE.

I'm giving it one star because I can't give it any less. There are two other nursing homes, so I would never bring a family member here; prison is a better place to be.

It's a terrible place where people get sick for no reason, and the incompetent and cruel staff starve the residents and give them expired food. I don't know how they don't all get food poisoning.
