I would like to express my gratitude and congratulate the entire team who, day after day, make it possible for this residence to achieve its wonderful goals of accompanying, caring for, and understanding the people in their care. It is not easy to work with human beings, especially with the characteristics of the elderly, who may have mobility issues, personality disorders, emotional states, and difficulties adapting to life, among other challenges. My mother has been here for six years, and I am fortunate enough to be able to visit her very frequently. My brother visits her almost every day. We both agree on the exceptional kindness, the way they treat each resident, the gestures of care, and the dedication shown by everyone, from the management to the support staff, both individually and in general. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the implementation of their established protocol was wonderful, achieving excellent results with zero infections. And I must also mention the location and the facilities—a true privilege! Thank you all, and I am so proud that I made the right choice in selecting you as my mother's residence.

I was not pleased with the way one of your employees treated the family members, and especially not the patient. You should take a closer look at her behavior, which is clearly inappropriate. You should also remind her that if masks fall on the floor, they must be changed—something obvious during a pandemic, and even more so in a place like a nursing home. Thank you and best regards.

The way a worker or manager treated a family member is unjustifiable, especially since we never removed our masks outside the residence, and I kissed my aunt on the head. This woman literally pulled my aunt aside so that my 90-year-old father couldn't kiss his sister when the elderly residents were entering and leaving the residence.

The elderly residents are well cared for, the facility is clean, and there's a family atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and caring towards the residents.
