Opiniones

I'm giving it one star because I can't give it less; they treat the elderly worse than cattle. The staff rush around, don't dedicate any time to them, and leave them in a haphazard state. The oxygen isn't connected to the ventilator, the emergency button is never within easy reach, the clothes you buy them disappear, and if you buy them a good cologne or perfume, it's gone the next day too. Not to mention more serious issues like medication mix-ups with other patients. Be grateful if that medication is similar to theirs and not contradictory, because in that case, you can say goodbye to your grandparent. Every day they arrive with new bruises. Because they rush around, sometimes they bump into the door when pushing the wheelchair, or they leave them haphazardly positioned in the wheelchair, so within a few hours they fall to the floor. They go for hours without changing their diapers, and worst of all, they keep them dehydrated, barely giving them fluids, so urinary tract infections are common. They do everything to them. The staff is insufficient and they're paid next to nothing, so they're constantly changing personnel, and all of them are poorly qualified and inexperienced. And when something happens and you complain, they all wash their hands of it. My recommendation is clear: if you love your family member, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS RESIDENCE! IT'S A DISGRACE!
