Rosa Lopez is obsessed with keeping the care home clean, but they keep my grandfather dirty, not showering him at all, only on visiting days and even then, it's just a half-hearted job (and the care home is equally filthy). They don't truly care about my grandfather and only attend to him when we complain. She's ill-tempered and rude; you can't ask her anything. We urgently need to move my grandfather out of this filth.

This one, as seen from the road, looks good. The same Foundation has another residence behind it, which is a shame to see from the outside, completely abandoned!
