La Residencia Nuestra Señora de las Nieves recibe críticas unánimemente negativas de los usuarios, quienes denuncian negligencia en la atención, falta de recursos básicos (como pañales), medicación excesiva de los residentes y múltiples caídas sin supervisión adecuada. Los evaluadores señalan que el personal prioriza tareas de limpieza sobre el cuidado directo de los mayores, ha reducido la calidad de la alimentación y muestra falta de profesionalismo y responsabilidad ante los incidentes ocurridos.

What a terrible care home. I had a relative there, and it was nothing but arguments with management. They have a gym, which they use as a storage room and changing room for the staff; they even have the guestbook on the table. The caretakers are the painters; we saw it during a visit. The elderly residents are overmedicated (confirmed by a doctor). And the list goes on. It seems they only care about appearances and not about pampering and caring for their residents properly.

Things have gone very badly since the director changed. The elderly residents are neglected because the staff are busy cleaning all day, so it's no wonder they can't be cared for. Before, they ate like kings, and now their food is rationed. They don't even have diapers because they've been sent to other residences.

It's terrible that the elderly are falling constantly. I know of a case where an elderly woman fell three times, breaking her hip in one of those falls. That's unacceptable. If a resident falls, it's due to a lack of care.

The worst care home you could ever take a family member to. If you want your loved one to be cared for and protected from harm, don't take them there. The staff is extremely unprofessional.

I absolutely do not recommend them. They don't care about the loved one you entrust to their care, thinking they'll be well looked after until they pass away. And on top of that, they don't take responsibility for what happens. 😡😡😡😡😡
