My name is Montse. This afternoon (10/15/2019), I had an appointment with Nieves at 4:30 p.m. to see the center and discuss the details of my father's situation, since Nieves herself had told me a few days earlier that there was a spot available. I arrived at the nursing home (from Santiago) and not only was there no spot, but this person had also left minutes before. On the phone, she told me that her colleague hadn't told her the spot was reserved, that she couldn't let me know because she didn't have my phone number, and that I didn't deserve to keep the appointment to tell me. My bewilderment, and that of the center's employees, was outrageous. That's the treatment I received today. Thank you for the rudeness.
