La Residencia Galisenior presenta una experiencia muy polarizada según los usuarios: mientras algunos destacan la gran profesionalidad del equipo de cuidadores y la buena ubicación, otros critican severamente la calidad de la atención médica, la falta de respuesta de la dirección ante problemas y discrepancias entre la información publicada y la realidad. El aspecto mejor valorado es la amabilidad y dedicación del personal de apoyo, aunque las deficiencias en gestión y atención sanitaria generan una preocupación importante entre algunos residentes y familiares.

Nothing they post online is true. The medical care they provide is appalling, unprofessional, and lacks due diligence from professionals who are supposedly accustomed to dealing with the elderly and various illnesses on a daily basis. Likewise, it can be said of the management that, in principle, everything is easygoing, and when there is a problem, they are met with silence and a lack of the slightest humanity. The only thing I can say in their favor is the kindness of some of the support staff, who are caring and helpful to the elderly. Everything else is depressing.
