La residencia "Vivienda comunitaria Las Gardenias" genera opiniones muy polarizadas entre sus usuarios: mientras que algunos familiares elogian la calidad de la alimentación, la atención personalizada del personal y la ubicación céntrica, otros reportan problemas graves como errores en la administración de medicamentos, porciones insuficientes de comida y falta de cualificación del personal en tareas sanitarias. My grandmother stayed at the Las Gardenias Residence and was very happy. She always loved the food, well-prepared and tailored to her needs. The staff was excellent, always attentive and friendly. The residence's location is also great, right in the center of Ourense, which makes everything more convenient, especially for visiting her and going for walks with her. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would recommend it without hesitation.

A great residence, my grandmother made many friends there, she is very happy. They have a very balanced diet and the dishes look very good, I am super happy with the service, she even suffered an injury in her foot and they took her up and down like a queen, I thank the staff very much, there is very personal and friendly attention. I recommend without any doubt.

The treatment is appalling. They don't do the grocery shopping for the elderly, the food portions are minimal (enough for a 6-month-old baby), and the care that should be provided by a nurse, such as injections, is done by anyone without qualifications. It's terrible; they only care about scamming these poor families. DO NOT PUT YOUR ELDERLY IN THERE. I should add that one of the women, either the daughter or the mother, works for the town hall and they'll never close this residence, but I repeat, I don't care what position they hold. The treatment these poor people, who worked their whole lives to have what they have today, don't deserve. They deserve to be happy in whatever years they have left, whether due to old age or illness.

Completely disappointing. Lots of luxury, but very little professionalism. They sent the medication in pill organizers that were incorrectly arranged; the nighttime medication was given at midday, the midday medication wasn't given at all, and one patient who was supposed to take one a day was given three. In short, a very bad experience; I would never recommend them to anyone. It's more than bad, it's terrible.
