Solera Urban Mendebaldea recibe evaluaciones muy dispares: mientras algunos usuarios elogian sinceramente la amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal en la atención y rehabilitación de los residentes, la mayoría de las críticas se centran en la calidad deficiente de las comidas, las porciones pequeñas y el mal servicio de catering en relación al precio mensual. Además, hay preocupaciones sobre la seguridad de objetos de valor de los residentes que merecen atención.

Complaints from all residents about the lunch and dinner offered are a shame because otherwise it's fine. Please change your caterer; the meals need to be better in every way and in larger quantities.

My father was admitted to Solera Urban for a month for hip rehabilitation. All the staff at the center were incredibly kind and helpful throughout his stay. Thanks to his hospital stay, my father has regained his mobility.
