Opiniones

The care home is in dire need of improvements. The staff-to-resident ratio is low, and salaries are minimal. Although the staff are doing their best, resources are limited, and the toilets are cleaned daily under substandard conditions. Showers are only provided once a week, and the food could be much healthier. Furthermore, it has been observed that people from the day center also move to the care home, resulting in staffing that is not specific to each area and creating a constant turnover between floors. This negatively impacts the quality of care for the residents. Finally, the company seems to be more focused on its external image than on the actual care of the elderly.

The gentleman at the entrance was very grateful to me and my family; thanks to his help, we were convinced to put my mother in this wonderful facility for the elderly. (I think the gentleman at reception is named Aritz.)

The night shift ratio is two direct care staff for 80 dependent elderly people (regardless of their level of disability). This ratio is very limited considering the number of postural changes (three minimum), basic care checks, cleaning, and unexpected emergencies. In addition, these caregivers must also clean carts, clean dining areas, and prepare breakfast tables. They should specify on their website the number of direct care staff, both day and night. This is vitally important information for assessing the dignified care of these dependent, delicate, and vulnerable elderly people.

I have nothing but words of gratitude for this, our second family, as they've cared for my father as we would have cared for ourselves. They've also shown us so much love and empathy. Thank you, team, you're wonderful.

They were very attentive at all times. From the moment you walk through the door, you feel right at home. Everything was great.
