This residence is located outside the city, right next to the San Miguel Clinic. The best thing about it is that if you have a medical problem and you're from the IMQ, you can take the elevator directly down to the clinic, as it's on the second floor of the San Miguel Hospital. The staff was friendly. It's a shame they don't separate patients according to their dependency or mental state. Mealtimes were respected. We used the laundry service a few days, although relatives from other rooms said they wouldn't let us use it because they didn't think the clothes were very clean and were afraid of losing items, which didn't happen to us.

I want to thank the Beloso Alto residence for the care my mother received during her nine-year stay there. The dedication of both the management team and the healthcare staff has always been excellent, even during such difficult times as the pandemic. The hygiene, the food, the activities, and the location are ideal. I would definitely recommend it. Thank you very much.

I have nothing but praise for the Beloso Alto residence. All the staff are attentive and caring towards the residents. They look after them with great affection and care. The Christmas Eve dinner I had with my mother at the center was lovely and heartwarming. They decorated the dining room with Christmas motifs and it was very cozy. The dinner was excellent, with cava and Christmas sweets. I'll be back for New Year's Eve.

At Residencia Beloso Alto, we have found a true home for my father, where he has received all the professional care he has needed at every moment, without exception, and treated with dedication and invaluable affection. We have always found the staff very available and approachable, and we have enjoyed such important family support during the most difficult times. Thank you a thousand times over.

Little empathy. The staff were overworked. They deserve a zero. Yes, the dining room was very luxurious, but that's just how it is. The laundry was outsourced, and sometimes there weren't enough towels and linens, and also not enough absorbent pads. The worst nursing home. All the staff wanted to leave. I thank God they fired me; it's understandable. Since then, things have gone very well for me, both professionally and emotionally.
