Opiniones

The in-house medical service is very poor, and the psychiatrist changes medications at will. I believe it's essential to have competent staff in both these areas. Our family members' lives are in their hands. I would not recommend them at all.

Hello everyone, I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent treatment I have received at this center for over three years, especially from several people who have always been more helpful whenever I have felt unwell. I am particularly grateful to Paqui and Sofía, who is sadly no longer with us. Whenever I have felt unwell and needed help, I have turned to these people, and they have truly been wonderful to me. I also want to thank the other staff members—assistants, therapists, and nurses—and especially the receptionist, Ana, whom I am very fond of because we laugh together over the silliest things. Thank you all for the wonderful treatment you give me. I send you all a big hug with all my heart ❤️, and also from my sister and father, who are both grateful for the kindness shown to me. Thank you from Coca-Cola.

Very poor and inhumane treatment, both to the elderly and the young, with bad expressions, rude responses, etc. Lack of staff, food, etc., without resources. Wolves taking care of the lambs... not recommended. For a place that calls itself Mentalia Salud and knows how to care, I was surprised and shocked by the state of the residents' feet and clothing. This requires several podiatric follow-up sessions for recovery and not looking the other way, given the seriousness of the situation and in a place that is supposed to have the resources and specialists for this purpose and in a place where they care so much about the health of the residents. And I think it's not because of budget, and now even more so with the cuts. Add to that the filth. And it's better not to talk about the food. They care more about detaining and looking after the cat than about their own patients, especially if you go around talking badly about Mentalia. In my case they withheld my money because I did a simple dental cleaning on my own and did not warn that it was necessary for oral health. I think there is nothing wrong with that, and even more so in a place where health is the priority, they should understand it because they took it as a whim like someone who buys a Ferrari. By the way, I might have to go to the dentist with my dad and mom. They look for anything to hold me back. Mind you, I was spending money on buying clothes, hair, and dental cleaning every so often. So, at least I can go well and in good condition, which is a matter of necessity, priority, and hygiene. I will stop paying, let's see how long it lasts, because it's not in my hands...

A rancid and highly inadvisable center (whether admission is voluntary or not), anchored in antediluvian resident treatment methods that border on illegality, as well as being degrading to the individual... and which, in many cases, directly violate established human rights, such as the right to privacy, to information, and so on. Unfortunately, practices that appear to be common, if not "normalized," are seen and permitted there, such as: coercion, lack of information/misinformation, "justified" withholdings, over-medication, permissiveness toward abusive treatment ("bullying") among residents, etc. The staffing level for its residents is clearly insufficient at all levels, both for auxiliary staff and for qualified medical personnel. The consequences? Overloaded stress for the exploited and long-suffering assistants, who do "what they can." Poor attention to residents' basic needs (general lack of hygiene, errors in administering medication, to give just two examples), and non-basic needs: rude responses, abusive treatment, zero empathy... Also worth mentioning is the limited diversity and quality of activities aimed at promoting basic autonomy, personal self-management, and social reintegration. Many very serious deficiencies of all kinds (hygienic, sanitary, ethical, social, organizational) that should be reviewed by the corresponding Navarrese regional agency. Words like "positive reinforcement," "personalized humane treatment," "transparency of information," "reintegration measures," "promoting personal autonomy," "empathy" are conspicuously absent from this Mental "Health" center, whose main slogan could be "abandon all hope." Very sad. But, above all, dangerously destructive when it comes to the physical, moral, and emotional integrity of its residents.

Hello, I've been a resident at this center for just over a year. I must say that some things are working very well, like the kindness with which the assistants treat us. However, there are a lack of resources: too few doctors and nurses for so many patients. Still, I'm happy. Best regards.
