The staff are very caring and attentive, always looking after his needs and making him feel supported. They demonstrate genuine dedication, which is evident every day. The facilities are comfortable and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is welcoming, which has helped him settle in very well. It's a relief for us to know he's in a place where he's cared for with love and professionalism.

I would not recommend this care home to anyone at this time. Since March, things have been going from bad to worse. Based on my personal experience and due to a complaint I filed in August, several inspections were carried out, revealing serious problems. For example, there are too many falls because the bed rails don't properly support the residents. And the lack of staff means they can't be supervised enough. There's also mismanagement of medication. They don't respond to the emergency call buttons. And the staff clocking in doesn't match the staff actually working. In addition to all this, they're suffering through the terrible cold this winter; the heating isn't turned on, and sometimes the temperature doesn't even reach 18 degrees Celsius. Then there's the food: they give them hard, unripe fruit that they can't eat, and the same goes for the legumes—all of it undercooked and extremely hard. For all these reasons, I would not recommend this care home to anyone.

A very welcoming and family-friendly residence where the residents feel right at home. The staff are incredibly dedicated and you can see the love they have for them when you visit. The facilities are very clean and the food is homemade. I highly recommend it! 😉 👌

A family-run residence, I'd highlight the care and affection the staff show the residents, the delicious homemade food. It's constantly improving; there are always new things to discover, and they're always attentive to the families' well-being. Highly recommended.
