Opiniones

I am writing to categorically refute the response the center is giving to the complaints about the second floor. It is absolutely not an 'isolated incident' as they are trying to make us believe. Today, Saturday, March 7th, the same lack of attention and neglect has been repeated, just as it was on Saturday, January 10th, and on many other days that we have meticulously documented. This is a habitual and systematic neglect. No matter how much they try to disguise the reality by talking about 'organizational adjustments,' the truth is that they continue to do nothing, and the residents continue to suffer the consequences of their mismanagement. We have proof that this is a recurring practice, and we will not allow them to lie about the well-being of our loved ones. Today, Saturday, they were moved after we complained and warned that we would return; otherwise, they do nothing. The staff members are chatting amongst themselves, neglecting our elderly residents.

My experience with this center has been very disappointing and alarming. Last weekend, December 6th and 7th, I witnessed how residents (dependent individuals who cannot move independently) on the second floor are kept "parked" in the dining room from breakfast until dinner, without being moved at all during the day. The most serious issue is the staff's attitude; when I complained about this lack of mobility and the undignified treatment, their response was that "they weren't going to do anything." This is a disastrous management that prioritizes the center's convenience over the health and dignity of our elderly residents. A formal complaint has already been filed with the Social Services Inspectorate and the Provincial Council. In response to your reply: I am writing to categorically refute the center's response to the complaints regarding the second floor. It is not, by any means, an "isolated incident" as they are trying to make people believe. This care home is not recommended. On the second floor, due to a lack of staff, not all residents are being helped out of bed. This afternoon, those who were helped out were left in the dining room all afternoon until dinner. The care provided to residents is appalling, as I've already mentioned, due to insufficient staff. They do everything they can, but it's impossible for them to provide adequate care for the residents.

My experience with Argaray has been very positive. Although in the end, my mother didn't stay because I was transferred to another city and I wanted to be close to her. If she had continued in Pamplona, my mother would have definitely stayed at Argaray. I really liked the information I received, and especially the kindness and attention.

Very friendly and professional service. The staff is very dedicated. We are very grateful for the care our relative received. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 is because the residence itself (the Pamplona seminary) is quite unattractive. It's exactly the same as when I studied there 40 years ago, although the equipment they use with the elderly residents is much better. Thank you so much for everything.
