AMAVIR Betelu es una residencia rural de pequeño tamaño que destaca por su atmósfera familiar, personal y acogedora, con un personal local dedicado y atento que habla euskera, lo que favorece que los residentes se sientan como en casa. Sin embargo, existe una reseña muy negativa que cuestiona la calidad de la alimentación, la atención médica y el trato general, contrastando significativamente con las valoraciones altamente positivas que alaban la profesionalidad, calidez y compromiso del equipo.

My uncle spent three months at this residence while waiting for his permanent public placement in Guipúzcoa. It was a fantastic experience for both him and the entire family, as they treated him like a son. The residence is very family-oriented, with dedicated, professional, and very caring staff. They treated us with great care, and the fact that it's a small residence was perfect for providing a warm welcome and making my uncle feel at home from day one. It's surrounded by nature and has beautiful views. We'll be visiting soon because they're missed. I can't name all the staff, but I would like to highlight Ainhoa, the director, a charming, sweet, and caring woman who helped us with everything and attended to our every need. We couldn't be more grateful.

A residence in a beautiful rural setting. It's not as large as others I've stayed in, but it has a very welcoming, family atmosphere that makes it a truly special place. Being in the same village, the relationship with the neighbors is incredibly warm and friendly, and this is evident in the residents who feel right at home.

One of the worst nursing homes around, the food is absolutely terrible. There's a total lack of care for the residents, the services are awful, and there are no doctors. In short, it's mistreatment. Don't even think about leaving your loved ones there. It's a disaster of a nursing home, and its current director, in particular, is completely unprofessional. I don't know how they can put someone like that in charge of a nursing home for the elderly, who need love and total dedication. This person clearly doesn't understand what that means; she only looks out for herself and doesn't want to be bothered, otherwise she makes life impossible for the residents. **** Please fire her immediately! *****
