Thank you for taking care of my grandmother Nieves all these years. You loved her and helped us enjoy her company for a few more years, until she sadly passed away today. We were very happy with this care home and its wonderful team of professionals. I will always speak highly of you; I will never forget what you did for my grandmother until her last day. And by the way, you took extra precautions against Covid in such a difficult year as this one, restricting visits as early as February. A true example of care home management in this crazy year. Take care!

A spectacular residence, the treatment was unbeatable, both from the male and female nurses and from Leo, the maintenance man. I'm Leoncio's granddaughter and I've experienced it firsthand. I know my grandfather, may he rest in peace, wasn't easy, but there they treated him with incredible love and affection. A 10 for that residence.

It's appalling; there's a lack of staff during the week. An elderly woman wandered around the center for over half an hour at 9:30 at night, looking for assistance. The following morning, they allowed her to dress, put on her shoes, and bathe herself, even though she had been discharged the day before with several fractured ribs. That same afternoon, an elderly resident fell from an armchair. They don't have the required documents displayed, such as an operating license and proof of admission, nor do they have complaint forms available.

The worst care home I've ever seen. It smells awful, the staff are terrible, and they're arrogant and condescending. I think the countryside surrounding that care home is much nicer.
