After our aunt was dropped from a stretcher, she was hospitalized and died a few days later. We are still waiting for news from the administration. We found out through other people. No one has called us.

A very nice residence in a very quiet and convenient location. The facilities are very good and modern, with spacious rooms. Nearby, there are parks with wooded and paved areas where you can take walks with the grandparents.

The best nursing home in Cartagena right now. I have several family members admitted. The humane treatment from all the staff is excellent. The food is just like home. Activities are held every day in the morning and afternoon. And the grandparents' continence is encouraged. I hope that when I'm older, I'll be in a place like this and cared for by people like the ones here right now.

I visited this residence and I loved it. Excellent facilities, cleanliness, and a very friendly and welcoming staff. The caregivers were delightful, always smiling and going the extra mile, constantly organizing different and varied activities. I'm definitely leaving this residence feeling very happy and at ease.

The staff treats them terribly; they treat the poor elderly people like furniture. The plants at Ikea look better because of the staff's neglect. You decorate the homes with childish pinecones for people who lived through the Civil War—have you no shame? They put the elderly to bed at 8 pm in the middle of June, when it's so hot you can barely stand to go outside in Murcia. There are so few bathrooms that the elderly have to queue for half an hour. I wouldn't dare put my mother here even if they tried to extort me.
