Yesterday I visited, and there was a magic show and a snack. The grandparents thoroughly enjoyed themselves, as did the visitors. Since the change of management, there's been a different atmosphere, with more activities and happy people. Congratulations to the entire team, especially to Lorena, the director, for all the work she's doing.

I'm a resident of Colisee Ceuti, and I've been here for almost 18 years. Three months ago, we changed management, and everything has improved so much. The atmosphere is completely different, and I feel like the whole team here is my family. I hope and wish that we continue like this for many years to come.

They are excellent professionals; the social worker was a lovely person and helped us a lot. The treatment my father received while he was there was outstanding, both from the caregivers and all the staff.

The management of that center is worse than terrible. You only have to ask the residents, who luckily are fully aware of the situation, and they'll tell you about the neglect they suffer. They don't follow through on anything they tell you upon admission. In the eight days my relative was there, the doctor didn't come once to check on the progress of the treatments or anything else. There was no update on their condition for eight days, not even by phone. The nurses, not through any fault of their own, but due to staff shortages, don't administer insulin until 10 pm, even though they had dinner at 8 pm. At 10 am, they hadn't even given them water for breakfast. Oh, and the water they do give them is filled from the bathroom tap; I saw it with my own eyes. The food is awful, served on a sad little plate with a loose utensil, without even a decent tray or napkin. Anyway, I could go on and on, but I've said it all. If anyone has any doubts, just ask. Ask the residents (users) of the center, that's enough, nobody better than them to say what happens there.

I congratulate the entire Colisée Ceutí team for their hard work and professional dedication. A special congratulations to Lorena (the center's director) for her commitment and concern for the residents' well-being. Her commendable work and dedication have transformed the residence. The residents' positive atmosphere and spirits are evident every day. Congratulations, Lorena, on your dedication and the outstanding work you do. I also congratulate the company for their wise decision in entrusting you with the management of the center.
