I completed my university internship at this center and I absolutely couldn't be happier! The team welcomed me warmly and treated me wonderfully, making me feel like one of their own. They were very kind to the residents and staff in general, and incredibly attentive. I definitely had the opportunity to enrich my training by gaining valuable experience and knowledge!

Today I want to share my experience at this nursing home from the inside, as a worker. From the first day, they helped me and treated me like one of their own; I've learned from each and every one of them. They've always been willing to help, both Alfonso (the director) and the nursing staff and the technical team. The assistants deserve a special mention; they do an admirable job that requires dedication and a lot of patience. They always do it with a smile on their faces. If I ever have the opportunity to return, rest assured that I will, as I've felt right at home.

Mi experiencia tras 5 meses ha sido catastrófica. Mi madre ha perdido todas las posibilidades de autonomía. 4 días en hospital por desnutrición y deshidratación. No sé el trato que le han dado debido a los encierros totales y aislamiento pero he visto el resultado. He renunciado a la plaza pública para sacarla de este siniestro lugar. Podría decir muchas cosas pero sería interminable. Ojalá pudiera dar marcha atrás y evitar tanto dolor y sufrimiento. Pero no puedo. Yo la llamo Alcatraz Betania.
