La Residencia Hermanitas de los Pobres de Murcia destaca por su excelente calidad de atención, personal cualificado y profesional, así como por el trato cariñoso y dedicado que ofrece a sus residentes, con particular mención a la limpieza, alimentación y ambiente comunitario. El único aspecto negativo mencionado es la inestabilidad administrativa tras el cambio de dirección, aunque en general los usuarios la consideran una de las mejores residencias de la región.

Excellent people, great service, and a very professional team of assistants. A great team. On the downside, the departure of the previous manager has left the administration in a difficult position.

It's one of the best nursing homes in Murcia and even in parts of Spain. The staff is qualified and professional, the nuns are wonderful, the cleanliness is outstanding, the dining room is a ten out of ten... the dining room assistant was wonderful, and the food and cleanliness were excellent... in short, when I retire I would love to move into a nursing home like this. 👏👏

It is an exemplary residence, no matter how you look at it, the care for the elderly and the treatment, the meals, the services they have and both the nuns and the employees and volunteers are excellent people, you just have to see how lovingly they treat their residents.
