Absolutely disgusting place. My family member was left for days in unchanged nappies. The social worker refused to help us find a new place for them, until we were desperate, after happily accepting him then demanding we remove him after a few days. They were put in a restraining vest too. It was horrific.!!!!

Excellent residence. Cleanliness, comfort, personalized attention... Your loved ones will be in very good hands

A deplorable place. If you want your elderly relatives to die quickly, this is certainly the ideal spot. My grandmother passed away in no time, but family circumstances dictate otherwise 😞. They were locked up there all day with Mass on the TV, the smell of urine in that tiny room, all crammed together... they weren't even allowed out for a bit of sunshine! Meanwhile, the staff chain-smoked, drinking coffee after coffee... ugh, it's indescribable. You have to see it to believe it. The sadness on those people's faces is indescribable. I absolutely do not recommend this place!!!

DISSATISFIED. We've had a misunderstanding. Today, a relative had made an appointment to see my grandmother after three months due to COVID. They had arranged a specific time, as appointments are required due to the current situation. However, they called an hour before the visit, saying my grandmother was ready (with the necessary precautions). Therefore, they had prepared my grandmother an hour earlier than agreed. We called and explained that it was due to poor organization on both sides (so they wouldn't take it the wrong way, when it was clearly due to the care home's poor organization), because we had all heard the agreed-upon time. While anyone can make a mistake, the worst part was how we were treated. One of the care home managers told us, "It's not our problem, it's your fault," and hung up on us rudely. My grandmother has lost a lot of weight; she's nothing like she used to be. Even the nursing assistants have confirmed that the food is bad. I'm very unhappy with the lack of courtesy we've received from the care home. We pay to receive information about our elderly relatives whenever we need it, and to be treated well. Right now, my grandmother is crying because she doesn't know if she'll have a visit after three months of her son being away. I'm very upset. We're simply asking for information about our elderly relatives, and she's very sensitive. The situation is difficult enough for everyone, without them behaving rudely towards family members. We should always be polite, but if they refuse to listen and hang up on you mid-sentence, that's just how it is.

It's not because it's called the Immaculate Conception that it's the best. It has many flaws that ultimately harm the older ones.
